Chemical Dosing and
Control System for Cooling Water Circuit
Cooling Water will recycle during
operation of Cooling Tower and due to evaporation the Conductivity
(Total Dissolved Solids, TDS) of Condenser Water will increase
(Concentration of dissolved ions exceeding mainly due to evaporation).
The main objective is to control the
Concentration of dissolved ions in Cooling Water.
So, when dissolved ions exceed the
preset Conductivity level, the installed Conductivity Controller
activates the Solenoid Bleed Off Valve on automatic mode and highly
Concentrated Cooling Water will drain out, until the low limit of
Conductivity is achieved.
All
of the above is strongly recommended to avoid high concentration of
dissolved ions in Condenser Water and control the recommend parameters.
